Well after going to them for several years I had to change to onestarwhen they tried to con me not realizing that my dad was a mechanic . I started recording our conversation and was also covertly on the phone. When we got to the point of printing out an estimate, he told me their system was down and I wouldn’t be charged anything for taking my vehicle in.. after visiting another shop, he told me all I needed was a new gasket on my exhaust. Manifold in the past two years, I’ve spent around $1000 in their shop they’ve completely lost my business. Don’t waste your time. These guys are crooks. After changing names from their old name in the Willson tire pros they become more about the money and not about the service

Never go this place! I went there to change the brakes on my car and a month later one of the brakes came off while I was driving, it was the scariest thing! They just don’t attach them well. I didn’t want to take it back to them, but I did anyway. Afterall they did the work, I felt that they needed to fix it. I went back and was asked to pay for the parts. Then when I was taking my car they told me that the car now has an issue with the water pump and we asked them multiple times is this car safe to drive and they told us yes it was safe! We drove the car for 7 minutes and the engine overheated! I’m wondering how can it be possible that in this place that is a mechanic doesn’t even know weather or not a car is safe to drive. Now we don’t have car and we spent more than $1000 in just brakes.

My daughter goes to Elon her car did not start got it towed to Wilson tire in Elon . They were so helpful . The car was ready in a timely matter . I highly recommend them to parents with kids at Elon that need their car serviced .

The guys at Wilson tire pros have done work on a couple of my vehicles. They're always professional and friendly. They even address me by name. I've personally had great experiences with Drew and Cameron. They are great at communicating any issues they come across while doing diagnostic work--they call you and update you instead of you having to call them for an update. They will tell you to get a second opinion before spending money on services that may not resolve the problem.
