I was disappointed with my experience at Quality Truck Bodies. They told me that they could build my custom truck body and said "this is what they do". I supplied photos, video, a bill of materials and came to an in person meeting. After calling every other day for weeks they finally called me back to tell me that they did not want to move forward because the truck body components were not available and difficult to track down. When I called the component suppliers directly they gave another story. Perhaps Quality is good for what they do but they did not seem like they wanted my business and did not provide a good customer experience.

Everyone that works here are ancient and needed so much explained to them. They acted like they knew what they were doing.... sadly they didn't have a clue. It might be time to close up shop for retirement.
