There are few things more upsetting than sitting on the side of the road.... away from friends and family to come help.... not knowing what's wrong, needing a tow and a fix and to get back on the road. Steve and his team at Hightech Automotive were absolutely SUPER. They recommend a tow service, got me to the shop, gave me a diagnosis, ordered the alternator and got me back on the road in about 4 hours. They even took me to the local lunch spot and Starbucks.
