They could use a couple more stockers. But it's not near as bad as the Dollar General is when it comes to merchandise blocking aisles. But they have very friendly staff, the store is always clean

ALMOST EVERY DAY I'M HERE. I LOVE IT FAMILY DOLLAR HAS EXISTED IN THE AREA SINCE THE 1970S the one here has only existed for a very short while. The staff are almost great ellenboro is not the kind of place you go to after it's dark but in the daytime it can be great. I am in ellenboro everyday and I frequent the one store here and others. #travel #women #nc #northcarolina #homedecor

I shopped at this location on October 4th 2023.My son is 5 almost 6 and is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Anyone that know what that is and how a simple trip to the store can turn to hell on earth without warning.That’s exactly what happened tonight. But instead of the employees choosing to stare at me and my son judging our every move…. they did everything in their power to help me get checked out.And then went out of their way even more than they already had and walked me out to my car, carried my groceries out to my vehicle and put them in my trunk for me.I wanted to cry and hug them both.I’m not sure how employees get raises through your company….. but Lori and Katie that worked 2 shift on 10/04/23 at the Store #7709 around closing time deserve a raise.The kind, caring , patient, understanding, and helpful attributes those women showed me tonight is what makes customers come shop at Family Dollar instead of Dollar General.Thank you to both of those ladies(angels) tonight again. I hope they are appreciated and highly valued by Family Dollar’s Owners.Customer Service is outstanding, clean environment, big spacious parking lot, well lit at nighttime, multiple items to choose from the variety is endless.

This family dollar carries just about everything.The employees are always very friendly every time we have been there. We stop here when we need milk instead of running to a grocery store.Parking is great, plenty of it.Over all good local store, usually has what you need. I think only once or twice the shelves needed attention, or they were running low on merchandise. Otherwise nice little store.
