Their vet clinic does not know how to deal with service dogs. I took my 5 year old dog in for his 3 year rabies for I just moved here and have not found a vet well my service dog is for Really bad Panic attacks and they would not let me hold him to get his shot they even told me to back up more I'm like this is as far as my leash goes any further I will have a panic attack. So they tried to hold my dog when he only held by me like that. Told me my dog was 2 aggressive. I'm like no he not he just needs me to hold him. This is the first time I've been turned away from vet care. You vet clinics need to take better care of people who bring you their service animals

Five star customer service experience at Elkin North Carolina Tractor Supply location. I had purchased a lawn mower at this location about a month prior. The mower had some starting issues that I had spoke to a few people at this location on a couple of occasions. After several attempts at the over the phone troubleshooting, I took the mower back to the location.
Once I arrived I had a quick conversation with Jamie who was one of the managers. We went outside and took a quick look at the mower and with his knowledge he quickly determined what the issue was. Unfortunately it wasn't a simple repair, so the mower was replaced with an identical unit.
I have to admit that I was wowed with this customer service experience, so I felt like I needed to share with others. Jamie and his entire team went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of to my satisfaction in a very short period of time.

They fail to treat you like a human being here.I purchased an item that was defective. In less than 10 hours I wanted to return it.On the phone they said, “bring it in, no receipt required.” I arrive 1 hour later. To my demise, the assistant manager tells me I need a receipt. It’s 30 degrees outside and my 2 year old will freeze tonight because I cannot afford to get a new heater.I should’ve saved the receipt instead of relying on the goodness of humans, assuming I’d treated like a human and not just a customer. I’m very upset now…Side note: It’s 25% cheaper to buy online, they markup their in store purchases, I’ve verified this.

I will just have to say. I called before we went to Elkin about a Kayak. I spoke with someone and gave them the information of the one I wanted.They said yes we have two. Got there and they had none… well Keisha (manage) really done us right. She knocked off right much of another one and we purchased it. Tractor Supply in Elkin is great. Thank you Keisha for all your help! We will do our shopping there from now on.

I live fairly close and I love this place but almost weekly they have an alarm system going off from 9pm to 6-7 am and it’s absolute hell, it’s obnoxiously loud and non stop. I really don’t know who to contact about it but it’s getting to be too much. It’s frustrating because the houses near can’t get any sleep due to it

The dock is not designed to accommodate full size semi's. A little backed up today. It is made worse by the short dock. The tops of pallets have to be unloaded manually or they will be torn off by the top of the dock door.
