“Traveling from Ohio to Charleston SC, we experienced an engine misfire, with a code showing it was the number one cylinder. It's in a difficult spot in the back of the engine, and not having the proper tools, I couldn't change it myself.
Being a Sunday, no shop was opened. I called a mobile mechanic who wasn't available either and since he couldn't get it until the next evening, suggested North Elkin Tire and Automotive. He said they did excellent work and may be able to get me in early the next morning.
They were very professional, polite and serviced our van quickly. We were on our way in just over an hour.
