“Highly recommend Brian Shelton at GB Energy for his good service on installing my Rinnai tankless hot water heater! The installation was done on-time and looks/works great! Pricing is very fair and better than others in the area. They had a problem with my propane line from my tank to my house and had to come back and replace that a few weeks later. During the burying of the line, my internet line was accidentally cut but Brian was diligent in meeting the internet company to ensure it was fixed……highly recommend!”

“Five star customer service experience at Elkin North Carolina Tractor Supply location. I had purchased a lawn mower at this location about a month prior. The mower had some starting issues that I had spoke to a few people at this location on a couple of occasions. After several attempts at the over the phone troubleshooting, I took the mower back to the location.

Once I arrived I had a quick conversation with Jamie who was one of the managers. We went outside and took a quick look at the mower and with his knowledge he quickly determined what the issue was. Unfortunately it wasn't a simple repair, so the mower was replaced with an identical unit.

I have to admit that I was wowed with this customer service experience, so I felt like I needed to share with others. Jamie and his entire team went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of to my satisfaction in a very short period of time.”
