“I absolutely love Harbor Freight! Went there to get a battery charger to charge my car battery and we actually found a really great battery charger for on $30!! So far so good I also purchased a 2 year warranty for it for on $2.39! No need to get a big one when this does the job!!”
“Five star customer service experience at Elkin North Carolina Tractor Supply location. I had purchased a lawn mower at this location about a month prior. The mower had some starting issues that I had spoke to a few people at this location on a couple of occasions. After several attempts at the over the phone troubleshooting, I took the mower back to the location.
Once I arrived I had a quick conversation with Jamie who was one of the managers. We went outside and took a quick look at the mower and with his knowledge he quickly determined what the issue was. Unfortunately it wasn't a simple repair, so the mower was replaced with an identical unit.
I have to admit that I was wowed with this customer service experience, so I felt like I needed to share with others. Jamie and his entire team went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of to my satisfaction in a very short period of time.”
