Woman with green hair at Drive through RUDE & disrespectful! Complaining about being short staffed & complaining the pharmacist is ALSO running the store front! ( which does NOT sound safe) over 1 hr wait!

The pharmacy was only staffed by a pharmacist at 9:00 am on a weekday. She was very unfriendly to me and a customer waiting in the drive-thru. I felt rushed during the transaction and was trying to charge me for medications I get free under my insurance at other pharmacies.

This place is ridiculous. Every time you need to call you're on hold well over 40 minutes, it's faster to drive there from any of the surrounding county's than it is to get someone to answer the damn phone. As I'm typing this I'm curranty at 46 minutes on hold with these people, and its like this every time I've tried to call in the last month. I'm looking for a new pharmacy and I recommend anyone who is using the Elkin CVS do the same. Edit: I ended up being on hold for over an hour and 20 minutes before I hung up because I had other things I needed to do.

The hold time for the pharmacy is ridiculous. The worst CVS customer service. Waited over 26 minutes and hung up.

I have been calling this Elkin CVS multiple days all day long trying to get someone to answer the phone to have a prescription transferred from another cvs. Many times they have to order it so going up to the store for this is a waste of gas. They will not answer the phone during business hours. I have waited on hold up to 40 minutes before hanging up. Terrible. I’ve worked retail before so understand working busy and short staffed. The proper thing to do is answer phone, acknowledge customer, let them know it may be a few minutes and ask if can place on hold or would like to call back. Common sense! Communication goes a long way instead of blatantly ignoring the phone.

Tried for 3 days to call in refill for medications. On the 3rd day, I was again put on hold. While on hold, I fixed my husband some lunch and then drove to CVS. When I was waited on, I showed them my phone and I had been on hold for 52 minutes and 47 seconds. That is pathetic.I was told they had an emergency and only had 1 technician working. For 3 days straight??At least come up with a new excuse

Can’t ever get anyone in Pharmacy to answer the phone. Also, the only pharmacy that I know that closes for lunch which is terribly inconvenient for those that need to pick up prescriptions during their lunch hour.
