I ordered the part I needed from Napa online and I was charged a additional price for a unknown reason. When I went to pick up the part from the store, I showed them what came out of my bank account, the store immediately tried to help and then fixed the problem by refunding me in cash the over charged price difference. They did so without and problems or hold ups. Great customer service and management.

Local folks here and they know the business. The few times they didn't have something in stock immediately, they did let me know if another store close by had one, or let me know the exact date their store would receive the item in. They keep their word. When they tell you they'll have it, they mean it. If you buy several items at once, they put it all in a repurposed cardboard box instead of a flimsy plastic bag which might not mean much to most people, but it does to me.
