The coffee was not hot and they were partially tearing down the coffee bar for the evening. The cashiers were busy with customer service but steadily talking quite a lot and quite loudly about their personal lives.

No integrity from the manager. Tells me a story about the pump. I left my phone number to get a call when problem changed or was fixed. Nothing. And then I'm lied to when I call back. I was told my eyes were lying to me. Horrible customer relations, service, response.
