I've never had a problem with this particular Family Dollar or anyone in the store until today I went to Family Dollar to purchase toilet paper the toilet paper said $5 on the Shelf I asked the Young lady who is the manager she said she is... I explained to her where the toilet paper was she proceeded to the toilet paper aisle and I followed her and she said like it says $10 it was in the wrong place I didn't realize that but it said $5 and you should give it to me for that ! She stated to me that if an employee put it there I can give it to you for $5 but if a customer just put it there I cannot and I said well can you call corporate she wrote down the number I called and a course it's Sunday I couldn't reach anyone I then said to her someone hired you I need to speak to them she said well I can call my manager I said you just told me you were the manager she said I'm the assistant manager she was very rude nasty and argumentative after speaking with her manager I got the same answer she could not give it to me for $5... money wasn't the issue I had a purse full of money ... Assistant store manager you never know when someone is mystery shopping your store... By the way the store was in a slight disarray which match your attitude and mindset and you really need to work on your people skills and professionalism

Employee was very rude. I think I will just start going to Dollar General. Already the employees are kind and helpful there.
