I initially joined this place about 10 years ago when it was named " Health Works ". It's since come under new management and a new name too. It's still a great place to go and workout.I highly recommend dream works to anyone who's looking to change their lifestyle.

Super nice folks. Older equipment overall. 3 gyms in one building so a but scattered.

Great atmosphere, friendly faces & a very clean facility. Definitely try the group classes with Lauren!
