Was installing an on demand propane hot water heater. I was having trouble with gas line fittings. LB helped get me all taken care of. Huge shout out to LB and Randy for getting my project back on track. Customer service is a priority.

Prices are a bit high but the quality far surpasses the big box stores. The professional staff, are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right fit or correct fix for any household issues. Special shout out to Randy who expertise in plumbing has helped time and time again. I do occasional volunteer work and Lane always comes through with a reduced cost that helps our volunteer dollars go a bit further.

I had an amazing experience with Lane Greene at Bladen Builders Supply. I was expecting my order to arrive next week, but Lane made sure it got here in just one day without any extra charge! His knowledge and dedication are outstanding. Highly recommend Lane for his exceptional service and professionalism.

Business hours advertised open are very confusing... stopped by last week at 4pm and the doors were locked... all interior lights on ... various websites posted hours indicate you're open 5am-4pm ... ??? 5am-12pm with delivery to 5pm ...??? ... what exactly are your open operating hrs per weekly schedules... don't won't to waste trips driving 15 miles one way to find you closed again... suggest you update your website to be more specific... sign on business doors need updated...tks

Unexpected broken piece of pvc in our crawl space project. I walked in with the broken dirty chunk and the guys knew what it was and where the replacement was located. Just waiting for a break in projects so I can go back and investigate their shelves!
