“Every time I have been in there (which is often), they have always helped me and been courteous beyond what is expected. I stopped to purchase a battery yesterday and the young man working couldn't have been nicer, and he saw my leg was bothering me so he carried it out to my truck for me. Definitely not in his job purview, but much appreciated. They have come out and helped me solve problems before right in the parking lot, helped me change batteries, and such... cannot say enough about the folks at the E-Town Advance.”

“Local folks here and they know the business. The few times they didn't have something in stock immediately, they did let me know if another store close by had one, or let me know the exact date their store would receive the item in. They keep their word. When they tell you they'll have it, they mean it. If you buy several items at once, they put it all in a repurposed cardboard box instead of a flimsy plastic bag which might not mean much to most people, but it does to me.”
