The owners and personnel are very great to deal with. We have bought multiple ATV's and motorcycles along with a variety of equipment. The service department always treat our equipment with top notch handleing.

I recently bought a new 2024 Rancher. It was getting towards the end of the day before Thanksgiving, I called ahead to inform them which one I wanted and that I would get there just as they were to close. I was greeted by the owner and everything was done when I got there. I signed a few papers, they loaded it up and I was on my way. Everything was perfect and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase experience. I'll definitely buy there agai.n.

A true motorcycle shop that has been in business for decades, owned and staffed by enthusiasts, not slick talking hustlers. Pricing was extremely fair and I was treated respectfully and professionally by everyone I interacted with from all departments. I would definitely recommend this motorcycle shop.

I was quoted an installed price for 2 tires and a date to drop off for the service of putting new tires on. After approximately 2 weeks, I was told my quote was $90 for the labor which they said wasn't quoted on original installed price?! I heard tire road noise on the way home and recently checked my air pressure the front had 20 psi and the rear had 25 psi, and the rims weren't wiped down as requested personally by the mechanic, and it was missing a air fill cap.
My previous experiences with them were good, but these conditions were not acceptable, and unsafe.
Jay the Owner did call to discuss these issues, and relayed that I
lost 10 to 15 psi by 4 months, because I have only used it a dozen times and it sat a lot, I do have a concern of a major
leak if this is the case, and will monitor my air pressure in 30
days. I am increasing a Star because as I said before I have had good experiences with them in the past, and Jay reached out that shows they do care.
