Under new management. Very professional office service. Office not always open, but if you make an appointment to meet, they will be there. New lights and improvements coming, I hear. New is aware that old was not well run and needs to overcome history.

I rented a 15' moving van and estimated that I would drive 20 miles total. I was charged for the anticipated mileage. After usage and refueling, I returned the moving van to this establishment, only driving a total of 13.7 miles. I was then charged (debited) again for the 13.7 miles on my final receipt. I called the office and spoke with the individual in charge who stated that I would be refunded the mileage difference ....well, it's been 4 weeks and still no mileage reimbursement. I also advise everyone to take a picture of the truck's fuel level before you leave the establishment making sure that the documented fuel level matches the actual fuel level within the truck. Also take a photo of the fuel level after you drop it off.

Nope. Nope. Noooooope. Black mold on the walls and smells terrible. Obvious that critters get in. I could not in good conscious store my children's clothes or beds there.

This storage company is very unprofessional. They were supposed to refund me for a month that they charged me for and I still haven't received the money back yet. I am not pleased with the service that I received from them, and I would never recommend any one to rent any unit from them and I will never rent one again. Also the units are very dirty and they will rip you off.
