This dealer is absolutely amazing and his vehicles are highly reliable. He’s a small dealer but his customer service is phenomenal. He’s dedicated towards helping his customers find a reliable vehicle that’s within their budget. I highly recommend this dealer. He’s a hometown favorite in Elizabeth City, and anyone would appreciate his service.

The man sells junk. I bought my car (for $3600) from him in July 2020. On the website it was priced at $2999. It is now September 2020 and I've been towed twice and broken down a total of 3 times. I broke down 2 days after buying the car which resulted in my first tow. It started out kind of shady anyways. I had to walk next door of his business to a house to see the car because he allows his notary public to drive the vehicles. So, the mileage on the website didn't match the actual miles on the car. If you can buy a used car from a big dealer then do it. They have their own mechanics on the premises. The mechanic seacrest uses doesn't act like their qualified to fix vehicles. Please learn from my mistake and do your research before purchasing from anyone.UPDATE:Still September and this week I will have the radiator, timing belt, and water pump replaced. A little over $900.00 for everything. Unbelievable.UPDATE: Now October, missed a lot of work. In total the repairs have been...$755.00 for a new timing belt and water pump, $450 for a new radiator plus the loss of wages from not being able to work. Also, need tires. Three weeks straight of nothing but repairs. I also learned that my car was originally with Wise motors in Moyock before Seacrest got it. Makes sense considering that Wise also sells junk.

Seacrest Sales Person was great to work with, but...he sold me a total lemon, and he didn’t tell me about the problems that it had, I got the car car faxed and it said that it was in a recent flood. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, unless you want to buy a car that will last you a couple months if that.

It's pretty small and there isn't a whole lot, but what they do have is nice.
