I am always confident that we will not have issues taking them here. Hannah & Destiny are two of the main groomers and they are phenomenal with our grumpy old man. “I LOVE this store! I stock up on Eukanuba there. Petco has been well stocked in the past, but it seems to have a whole new atmosphere now. I love the helpful staff. They love my Beau and fuss over him. They genuinely care about the pets they stock too, giving me and my kids a tour of the pet section, talking to the animals, calling some of them by name. It is absolutely not true that the reptiles are neglected and in bad shape. They are clean and seem to be content and healthy. It makes me sad anyone would say this. Did they want to keep the lizards from being adopted? I had my eye on a green cheeked conure but he was sold yesterday. I was sad but the manager was happy he now has a family. Good for her. Highly recommend.”

We came in today with a not-so-straightforward return that was made simple by the amazing staff at this location. Austin greeted us kindly and directed us to Josh, who was able to quickly set everything straight, even making a product suggestion to my partner and I at the register after overhearing us saying we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, thus saving us an extra stop AND keeping our shopping experience within the franchise. GREAT example of customer service being mutually beneficial.
