Oil plug tighter than I've ever seen it on any vehicle. Never will use this place for service again. Also electrical issues on the vehicle purchased from this location.

We had a fantastic buying experience with Jimmy and the Performance Chevrolet team. They were able to get us the truck we wanted at a price we were comfortable with and we appreciated how down to earth they were. Jimmy understands how car buying and car salesman can be and he does everything he can to make it a pleasurable experience for his customers. We can't recommend Jimmy enough if you are thinking about buying a new or used car. Unlike most dealerships, they aren't pushy and allow you make a decision that makes you truly happy and comfortable.

I had the unfortunate luck of burying the front end of my Blazer in the sand at the beach in the Summer of 2020. BTW, I am from out of state and was on a family vacation at the NC beaches when this happened. After several disappointing calls to Chevy dealers, I called Performance and spoke with Liz. She realized the predicament I was in and made arrangements for me to be at Performance the next day. She and the service team there made temporary repairs sufficient enough to allow me to drive the car several hundred miles home, because trim parts needed to be ordered. I cannot say enough positive about my experience. Liz is the bomb! Thank you.

Good service. Fairly quick. Fix issues without question. Only downside is they are so booked up with appointments.

I love Performance Chevrolet and all the staff. They work with you to get you what you need. Jaquan has been our sales rep both times and the sales managers are great. I have had nothing but positive things to say about this dealership! You won't be disappointed.

For more than 30 years in Illinois I have steered clear of dealership service after purchasing a vehicle. Now living in NC and needing an oil change and tire rotation figured I'd "try" Performance Chevy. I'm impressed-great service, friendly staff, fair prices (love the service coupons) and even their willingness to drive me home and pick me up for more extensive repairs on a vehicle. Didn't think that my opinion of dealership service could be changed but it has. Thanks for a great experience every time!
