If you care about customer service, honest business practices and clear communication, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I wish zero stars were possible because I really think everyone should be treated better. After taking three times longer than promised, they also added a price tag that was double what was agreed (without consulting about the price change prior to service). When it was time to pick up the car, we noted the huge price jump to which the gentleman proceeded to snatch the invoice and the keys, yell to get out of his shop and threaten to call the cops. If this sounds unbelievable, we are in agreement. It was never said that the total wouldn’t be paid, nor did we yell about the change or get disrespectful…but who wouldn’t question a bill that was double the amount discussed? When we insisted that we just pay (the full amount) and leave, the man refused to take a card and demanded it be in cash which was never stated previously, thus 100% felt like it was out of spite. Who carries cash like that these days? It is crazy to “run” a business like this. Again, maybe he was having a bad day, or it’s a new hire? But for this business to be 4.5 stars is baffling to me since this is how they treat their customers. Read the reviews, in the past week others had similar bad experiences so we should have read those before choosing this place. Obviously we will not be going here again and already encouraged all our friends and family to steer clear as well. In a smaller town, we love supporting local businesses but for this price, half the hassle and none of the disrespect, we should have chosen a dealership.

They changed me more than expected and lied about what they had to do to fix it leary is rude next time I will take my car to complete car care they in my opinion are better and I would have before but they didn't have an alignment machine now they do and they do inspection

**Hidden fees and excuses!**
Went in for a $100 alignment and left with a $225 bill. They claimed they needed a “special tool” to adjust my toe in but didn’t mention it upfront. You’d think an alignment shop would have the necessary tools Total scam to squeeze more money out of you. Find a more honest shop!

**Avoid this place at all costs!**
I brought my car to this alignment shop, thinking they'd take care of a simple alignment issue. Instead, they claimed there was something "broken" on my vehicle and quoted me a ridiculous price to fix it. The problem? It was literally just a loose bolt that needed tightening, something any halfway decent shop would have done in five minutes.
They’re more interested in overcharging you than actually solving the problem. It’s a scam. If you want to waste your time and money on something they could easily fix, go here—otherwise, steer clear! They don’t care about customer service or integrity.

Took my 04 Dodge Ram for an Alignment had a 1:00 6/18/24 appointment. The Teck took it right back 40 minutes later he was done and he had to do it all. Everything was spot on steering wheel straight drove like a new truck. Thanks for the excellent work would highly recommend.

These folks are kind, courteous and professional. I was in a bind and needed help on my van and these folks not only did a superb job they did it in a timely manner at a very competitive price. They are honest and if they tell you it needs to be fixed, it needs to be fixed. No games. I can't recommend these folks highly enough.EdMr Locksmith
