Younger lady was very nice and welcoming, did a good job on my moms nails, BUT the middle aged lady with dark hair and glasses was rude as hell. I chose a color but it wasn’t the one I wanted, and she gave me attitude for her mistake. I got a pedicure done and it was subpar. When doing my acrylics, she was rough with my hands and kept filing my cuticles hard, in which it stung so bad on at least 4-5 of my fingers. The acrylic isn’t even on most of my fingers either. She asked what shape I wanted. I said almond, and she just looked at me and said round. I paid about $110 for their services and I’ll never go back.

Requested a fill and was basically turned away. I have ombré and she said oh it would be to difficult to match. I wasn’t expecting an exact match but she pushed me away anyway.

Great work on fingers & toes done here! Reasonable prices, too. Sometimes there is a wait-worth it.

Went a few months ago on two different occasions. I usually try to give a second chance because hey we all have bad days. The person doing my nails was extremely rude. The prices also flip flop. I was really excited to go here but never again. When I returned I had the same nail technician once again extremely rude. This isn’t speaking for all the technicians as I never experienced interactions with them but, the one is awful …. Also my nails did not look good on either occasion.

BB is ABSOLUTELY the most AMAZING nail tech to ever do it. She quick, can lay a mean nail and never disappoints!!! I have been growing my nails for almost 3 years, cut them 3 times, and BB sets my fingers in fire every single time! I love me some her!!!

I have been to this place 2 times and I will not be returning. The first time my nails looked fine however the staff treated me very rudely. The second time was today, I called ahead yesterday to ask about prices and I specified gel acrylics several times and was told $35+ was the cost. I arrived and my nails were done practically in silence the whole time. The overall look was mediocre but when I went to checkout the cost was $60. Obviously I was confused as the staff told me otherwise and the receptionist argued with me saying that was not the price she told me and said the “shape and gel” were the reason it was $60. I am beyond aggravated at the disrespectful tone she spoke to me in and how they did not even try to work with me after the misunderstanding. Do not recommend coming here.

There were so many things wrong with this place. Speaking from a sanitary point of view...there were no liners in the tubs...the person who removed my gel polish used a dremel tool instead of soaking them off...this was a pedicure, and instead of using a stainless steel pick to clean around the nails she used a "toothpick"...she reuses her gloves! She actually dried her hands with her gloves on and gently reused them for the next person..seriously...There are many other things. I will never, ever go back there again and I highly recommend that you rethink going there.

Klassy nails is the best!!! B and her family are the kindest, and most gentle. I faithfully go every two weeks for a pedicure and refill. I have turned my mom and sister to Klassy Nails and they won’t go anywhere else either. We feel like family there❤️❤️❤️❤️
