This has been the worst experience dealing with ford service department..took my vehicle in for diagnostic which fine...after the diagnostic I need the break down email to Ford customer service for help with recall or help with the cost. But about week gone by nothing...so I went get my vehicle bc I need it...at that time service advisor told the she will sent diagnostic to ford the next day or two latest. After 3 days ford said they have relieve the diagnostic.. so I called the service department ..no answer left message but no return called..waited next day call no answer. No return call...week go still nothing. Ford said they still didn't receive email. Two week go by no response and 3rd week nothing..so I gave up..decided to a different direction... now will never do business with Halls dealership..

I normally would rate the service 5 star but this visit for a routine oil change and tire rotation was supposed to be an 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours turned into over 2 hours. supposedly because they could get off the oil filter-that they put on last time it was serviced. I am very disappointed to say the least. Exactly why I normaly schedule first thing in the morning. This appointment was at 1. Oh and this service was supposed to have been completed the previous Friday when the truck was in for the transmission issues but they forgot

Lindale Brothers was an awesome salesman! Got me in exactly what I wanted and answered all of my questions even when he was off work. Hall ford was the best dealership I have dealt with in the entire area. I have purchased from priority, southern, checkered flag, and none compare to how easy hall ford is to work with!

Drove here from VA to get some work done and I am so glad I did!! Everyone was kind and helpful in the process— they even helped get me rental car! Also, the turn around time was so quick. Here in VA, shops said they could just LOOK at my car in a week, but these guys took my car in and fixed it within one day of me calling! They were worth the drive 100%!!!

I bought a 24 Mustang from another dealer,Took it to Hall for some steering issues,The car was there for a week.. They parked it under a tree,so when I got it back it was covered in sap and Bird poop, I wish I had taken a picture, Their comunication skills SUCK! I didn’t really get the help I was looking for! They couldn’t tell me when they would be able to get the part,I told them I was gonna come get the car and take it somewhere else,They would not release the car to me without paying for the loaner that I was in,($400)..Dealer in Suffolk calls me and says they have the part I neeed and can can install it the next day, but Hall won’t release MY car.. They call Barton Ford to ask them about the part, and try to get them to release the part so they can fix my car.Then call me to get me to get them to release the part, at this point I don’t even want Hall to fix my car. I pay the $400, go get my car and the cover from underneath is in the back seat ,the screws are around my gear shifter. I get down the road and realize the collar around the gearshift, was not put back the way it was found and the car wouldn’t go in reverse..after spending 55k+ you would think they would tear you better, This was by far the worst car experience I have had, they will never see my car again or get any of my business.im sure I left a few details out but you get the point. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HALL OF ELIZABETH CITY!! I wish I had took some pictures!!

Salesman I always go to great employee highly recommended. But the service department is trash. Truck went in for a recall they screwed up my truck and tried blaming me for it took weeks to get it fixed it wasn’t safe to drive. Recently tried trading my truck sales manager accused me again of breaking my truck when it was the terrible service department. Then he ran my credit without my consent. Don’t ever go here. Worst ford dealer I’ve ever been too.
