Had taken my new car here that only had about 2216 miles on it after my wife was rear ended and shoved into a Tahoe. Almost $14,000 in damages done to my civic Tony was always on it he was good with calling and keeping me informed. It was about 6 weeks without my new car I was getting a little aggravated not with the body shop just the situation. We get the call to come get it so I get the wife and daughter in the car and go down there looking at it from a distance you couldn't tell it's ever been wrecked then you get closer the fender was popped out about a quarter inch and the hood was also off you could see the engine so I refuse to accept it hey were understanding they fixed that two days later I get the call it's good to go they were happy I pointed out the flaws so they knew what to check going forward. About two weeks later the battery was dead so I go to pop the truck to get the jumper cables it won't pop and there's no key hole on the new civics not their problem they fixed it but with a accident like the car was in I feel the battery should've been replaced because of the jar the whole car experienced. Once I get the car going I do pop the trunk and see that the crossbar along the back seat is dented from my wife's subwoofer box that was flipped around in the accident so I asked them about that when I took it down when the trunk was rattling they took pictures and never called or emailed me on it at all needless to say I'm kinda frustrated with them because even if they said there's nothing they could do I'd be happier than not hearing from them at all and since the repairs I've had to pop the bumper back on about every three weeks this car shouldn't have been fixed and I have to deal with it until my lease is up.

I brought my 2012 BMW in to replace my rear fender. Darrell Bennett was very professional, helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. They did what they said they would do in the time they said it would take to do it. If I needed work done, I would take it to them.
