My experience with HALL FORD BODY SHOP was nothing short of exceptional. Daryl, Liberty, and Janet are all outstanding. Someone hit my vehicle which was a HUGE inconvenience and Daryl took care of handling the Insurance Company and all the minor details and they cleaned it up and got it back to me in record time! Their first excuse was "were just waiting for parts". The parts arrived weeks ago and they have yet to touch my vehicle. They keep lying about when it will be done... especially Larry Bennett. Poor customer service and even worse communication skills (each employee encounter). Will not keep you updated and will not get work done in a timely manner. Not sure if it's a racial issue or a gender issue but either way the law may need to get involved because it should NOT take months to repair something that can be done in a couple of days. Absolutely ridiculous and I would most definitely not recommend. Prepare to call a lawyer.

Hall Body Shop fixed the dent in my car perfectly. They also graciously dealt with the insurance company to get the difference owed from the original quote.

After getting my car repaired from hailDamage, I’ve found more work issues from than initially known; the one time I brought it to their attention their employee gave mad attitude about being questioned over his quality of labor. Wouldn’t go back in retrospect.
