Worst hair cut I've ever had. I left looking like a little amish boy. Do you understand how incompetent you have to be to mess up a high and tight fade working in a hair salon??? I very literally used to do a better job cutting it myself with two mirrors so I could see the back. dude acted like I was inconveniencing him by being in his chair, was rude the whole time.
Months later (yesterday) I took my son here, showed a picture of what he wanted and discussed it. He was given a generic boys haircut that looked no where even close to what was discussed. Not that she attempted and failed but disregarded it all together and did what she wanted to do because it was quick and easy not what was asked and paid for.
If they are incapable of doing a mens and boys cut you ladies who's hair is more complicated need to run from this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady that cut my hair around 1130am 10/31..DRY CUT my hair, I said I didn't want it shampooed but she didn't even spray water it, I had almost shoulder length hair not wanting to go more than 2in cut off. My hair is not only lopsided I have hairs longer than the other. I am not good with confrontation but this lady has to be really special not to be able to do an A line bob stacked in the back for fine hair. She might have well just to put a bowl over my head. I don't have a lot of money but I should not have my hair butchered! The charges for the cut will be reversed or refunded. This was just pure laziness, thanks for the ruined day.

I went in with collarbone length hair, I asked for it to be brought up to sit right above the shoulders and add some layers, essentially a long layered bob. What I left with was a chin length A frame-ish hair cut. The reason I was given for the person cutting it so short was my hair was thick and she couldn’t make it lay right so she had to keep going shorter. Yes my hair is thick, but it is also straight and wasn’t styled when I went in.
A refund was issued after I left in tears, but I will never go back no recommend this location. The stylist that cut my hair supposedly had 30 years of experience, but somehow couldn’t manage a simple shoulder length haircut. Management was nice at first but made it seem like I was at fault when the refund was issued.

Worst haircut I've EVER had in my 57 years. I actually refer to it as a massacre or mutilation of my hair. I cried the entire hour-long drive back home. I have been wearing a ball cap for 3 months now and you can still tell how bad it is from the uneven ponytail hanging out the back. I kick myself because I should've walked out before she even began because she wasn't even looking at me when I was trying to explain what I wanted. She kept looking at the door. I specifically told her not cut any length around my face and she ended up giving me a curly-longhaired long mullet. And even if I wanted that hillrat style - even THAT was uneven! I waited this long to review so that I wouldn't be nasty...this is me being nice about it. I wanna save someone else whose hair might be the last thing that makes them feel good about themselves from going to a place where they will butcher it.

Showed stylist exactly what I wanted with 2 pictures. My hair was very long layers that I had grown out for 2 years to get all one length. My hair was down to my shoulder blades. The cut I showed her pictures of was all one length, essentially a bob right above my shoulders. I expected to have 7-8 inches cut off. She gave me a layered mullet, with uneven layers, very short bits, long bits, etc. I've gone regularly to this location for trims to get the hair one length and have always been happy, but this last trip was a nightmare. I don't think I will ever go back.

She made sure she got it right by asking questions and making suggestions.It came out perfect, and I hardly ever say that. She trimmed only what was necessary to make a great look. I'm trying to grow my hair longer, and she totally understood.I highly recommend this Great Clips and Melanie!

Taylor cut my son’s hair this evening, absolutely amazing! Can NOT say enough nice things.. our little one screamed the entire time due to previous negative experiences in other salons, and she was so patient and understanding the entire time, even tried cheering up my little one after the appt.. 5 stars isnt enough when someone goes out of their why to try and help comfort your child during an uneasy process.. the cut is amazing too ?Thank you Taylor! We will be back! ❤️
