I love this gym! It’s the first gym I’ve been to with a really positive lifting culture. I love that no matter your shape or size, sports bras and muscle tanks are welcome. The only thing I would add is a water fountain ? they sell waters but when their office is closed, you better have remembered your water bottle.

I'm in the area temporarily for a business trip and this gym has been a saving grace. Removed one star for the following reasons that I believe people should be aware of:- The gym is in desperate need of a cleaning. Dust is everywhere - from the cable machines to behind the leg machines and under the treadmills. It just really needs a good deep cleaning and should be regularly cleaned/maintained as well.- There is no water fountain to refill water bottles. I had to refill my bottle using one of the women's bathroom sinks.- As a follow-up to the last bullet point, only one of the two sinks actually works in the women's restroom.- The large mirrors by the free weights are cracked- Cable machine attachments are old and well-used (but they get the job done)The gym has a solid variety of machines and a good selection of free weights. To get to the actual gym, you have to go up a flight of stairs, so those who may not be able to take the stairs should be aware before you consider this as a primary gym. A week-long pass is $40, but paying with card is a pain as they have to input all your card info and you have to provide a bank name? Not sure why that was, but I ended up paying with cash because it became a bit of a hassle to get my card info inputted into the system. The people are friendly and you can get great workout in no matter what you're working. Downstairs has protein bars, energy drinks, water bottles, and other items for purchase.Overall, the gym needs some good cleaning and some upgrades like a water fountain; and you can clearly tell it has been around a while and the people here are friendly. But, it's a great place to get a solid workout in, and much better than the hotel gym I currently have access to.

Over priced, cluttered and full of junk and dust. Treadmills covered in about 1/4" of dust. Run on them and watch the dust bounce up into your face. Dust above, dust below, dust to your left and right. Thick, caked-on dust and dirt everywhere. Place is tiny and cluttered with outdated, equipment that was bought used from FB somewhere... AT LEAST YOU COULD KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN. $50 A MONTH TO DO SITUPS AND RUN IN SOMEONE'S FILTH. Must be owned and managed by a low standard E-City dirty bag. I'll never go back.

Cluttered, with wasted space. Long time dust and dirt hiding behind the leg machines. lacking a good hack squat machine, along with other equipment you would expect. Smith machine shows it's age. Parking is bad.

Great old-school style of gym, similar to the one back in Detroit. Plenty of free weights, cables and a reasonable number of machines. Has the added pluses of a heavy bag, a speed bag and a separate room for squats and abs. Love the individual showers for sure.Wish they'd add another set of cables but I understand the space constrains.. Really nice staff and good vibe.

I just drove 20 minutes out of my way in the rain to come to this location because the website says opened 24 hours just to find out they close at 6:00...

Only been here a week, but feel confident enough to write a review.Awesome gym, owner is extremely nice, always says good morning. The equipment all seems fairly new, lots of rags + disinfectant spray for everyone to use while working out, which so far I have seen every person use it.Price is a bit higher than other gyms, my first month was ~50 something dollars, but they may have included a sign up fee of some sort, I can't remember. But I do remember it was ~$300 for a yearly membership which I'll be getting at the end of my first month.I always go to this gym in the morning, around 7am, and it's never crowded, sometimes empty when I'm there. The only reason I rate it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the matting on the ground is ripped and uneven in some places, causing a tripping hazard, which is really annoying especially in a work out environment. This isn't that big of a deal but it is something I dislike about the place, hopefully they will fix it soon.
