I was expecting an envelope last Friday. It did come, but the driver never rang the doorbell or knocked, just dropped it on the front step. It was good that I was home at the time as it contained 2 very important checks. If I had to sign for it, I never did. This driver was extremely irresponsible and I hope that his or her supervisor lets them know this is definitely not the way to do business. Very disappointed in the service.

I had a package delivered today and the lazy FedEx driver leaves my package with $100 + worth of items outside my locked apartment building where there's an intercom he could have used (that rings to my cell phone) and I could have unlocked so that he could have taken 2 more steps and leave the package on the inside of my secure building! No attempt was made to call or get in my building to leave the package , However 3 days before UPS delivered a package not only managed to get in my building but took my package up to my 4rh floor of my apartment!!
