“Spoke with Haley ( so sorry if I spell that wrong) to purchase a switch. And some additional accessories. As you may know playing Mariokart on the wii is no longer an option. Haley helped us so much. Making sure to give their honest suggestions on the device plus accessories. Walking us through each switch they had available with pro/cons of each. The BIG plus was Haley was super sweet to our 4yr old son and his slight obsession with pokemon/dragonball. We've been coming to game stop for about a decade and their staff have always been super helpful and knowledgeable. “My family recently switched phone carriers. It was quite challenging as we had some family out of state. Long story short, we had to do our phone trade-ins and different times. Jason and Topanga were our initial contacts and they were fabulous. Prior to the final phone trade-ins, Jason took the time to write a note with instructions of everything needed to be done to ensure we got the promotions as we were on a timeline. My husband brought the phones in with the instructions and Veronica or Victoria (couldn’t remember for sure) assisted as Jason was on vacation. We recently received a bill from our old cell company and saw that the remainder of our phone balances were not paid off and we were auto charged. I inquired on Sunday and they recommended I come back to talk with Jason. He was off for the day. Jason went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. So glad I made the switch to T-Mobile that I even had my mom switch carriers!”
