Excellent stock of products and customer service
Chain stores can not carry the variety of pet supplies that this store has and prices are the same as the big box places

I love how much Clay and the girls love my Pungo (aka Turkey Man). I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving my baby while I’m away than with this crew. The staff are wonderful people and the shop has everything you’d need and more! A+ … nothing but great things to say about Eastern Pet. Thanks, y’all!

I can not express my gratitude towards this absolutely lovely place. I have special needs dogs and they really delivered the extra care for them. Each person I have met there has bent over backwards to make sure our dogs were taken care of and had the best experience. I would highly recommend if you have not tried them out for your boarding needs, then do so! My dogs stayed in large suite and they really were the happiest I have seen them when I picked them up. It was so much better than traveling with them. I will be using their services again. So impressed by the expert care here! Kudos Eastern Pet Company! You guys deliver the quality service of a home away from home! Thank you so much! I think Charlie, Baby Girl and Little Man actually miss these guys today after I picked them up yesterday. They have been pouting a bit. I’ll be getting rid of my Chewy subscription to support this facility from here on out. Elizabeth City needs these guys to stay in service for the long haul!

Wonderful place! Our English Bulldog, Ollie and our cat, PhoebeAnne stayed for 5 days. The facility is immaculate. The staff is so nice. I highly recommend Eastern Pet! We picked up two happy and stress free fur babies!! ❤❤❤

I came in for the first time here looking for some flea supplies feeling really discouraged with the whole situation I’ve been dealing with. The man working here was so incredibly helpful. He gave me information on many products and had so many great tips! I left feeling great! You can’t beat a store with knowledgeable, friendly staff!!

Everyone at eastern pet is friendly and courteous. I get my boston terriers nails done regularly and they always accommodate me. The owner is always there and treats your pets as his ownGreat place!

The only place for our dogs. Friendliest and most helpful group of people with great prices. Your dog is treated better here than your kid at your grandparents house. Great staff, clean and phenomenal all around.

Absolutely amazing customer service in the area, compared to other related businesses in the area. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and if they aren't sure about something, they're still so helpful! Businesses can fail even though they have a great owner, but do not hire the right staff to make you feel welcomed and it's unfortunate because then it just implies it's all about money and just that. But, not with Eastern Pet! Exceptional service and products. Best groomer and goes the most exceptional job I have ever seen trimming and filing dog nails. Worth every cent there!
