Worst store in Elizabeth City. No one runs the counter and you'll get a rude remark when you bother their gossip circle in the back isle's because no one is up front to check people out. Never seen the self checkout working either.

They Always greet every customer with a friendly greeting. I can Always find what I am looking for. They have excellent customer service. They have everything from food to greeting cards and balloons. You will Always find what You are looking forI Love shopping here . They are Always so kind and polite and professional. Dollar General is one of my favorite stores ever, but you know there’s always “that one store” that has employees that make you never want to go in. That’s this store for me. The ladies (the main ones that are usually there) are always so nasty and rude every time I’ve been in and make you feel borderline uncomfortable ya know? Like following you around the whole store. And anytime I’ve asked them any kind of question at all, they’ve been rude as heck to me and even to my oldest son once! … she sighs to the other lady while checking me out and almost slamming my items around huffing while she did whatever she did … Like seriously though, it’s called customer service ladies. If you hate working that much, then maybe you’re in the wrong industry?
