Iv’e been in this particular Belk’s a few times in the last few years. I usually don’t have much luck finding what I’m looking for. In this case it was a summer cardigan, just a simple light sweater to wear over a sleeveless dress. Summer sweaters are a thing this year. I figured it would be a quick, in and out visit. Checked everywhere in the store and there were none.

Manager at the cologne/make up department huffed and puffed when I asked to buy aqua de gio with zero customers and talked to me in a very condescending manner. Basically treated me like dirt.

It was just okay. The store was pretty boring. Not a single person offered to help while I was looking for perfume. I ultimately put back a few items I was going to buy and walked out.

Good deals. Diverse inventory. I've started going here more and more. I'm 40, it's not for above 60s anymore. Nice dress shirts and thin cotton tees. Always have awesome back toschool deals for the kids!!! However today I was looked at like I was an intruder. I dress as a normal upstanding citizen. Woman at the jewelry counter kind of acted like I was an inconvenience bc a guythatgot there after me was seen first and while he was on his phone trying to figure out something, no product was out and I asked to see something and planned on buying it, actually. Was 2 sizes too small but after that interaction I just gave up and left. Another lady asked if an older woman was ready to ring up. When I stated I was, she just said they'll help u up front... I get it, I look great for my age so it is what ot is. However they do have good clothes now days. I'll go back again. Download the app!!! Get up to 70% off.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is among the worst store I’ve ever been too, not only did the associate named Heather put on my engagement ring when I dropped it off to be sized, they then gave me a list of peoples personal information! Names, phone numbers, and even repair numbers from the company the jewelry was being sent to WHICH IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT! And now that my ring was returned to them they have held it for DAYS! Belks as a company sucks and this store sucks their employees have no customer service or respect for anyone! They will also not provide you with phone numbers so you can complain and try to cover their butts! On another note if anyone has a number to call and talk to a real person in corporate I’d love that number again don’t go here worst store EVER! I will never be returning once I get my ring back

The cashiers were very efficient and nice but the woman who was watching the fitting room was not friendly and stood scowling at any customer that came near her! She should not be in customer service for any reason as she is a miserable person! I've worked in Customer Service for 50 years and have never encountered anyone as rude and miserable as she is! She is doing your company a disservice and your customers deserve better than that unprofessional attitude!
