“I have just come back from this guys. It looks like they do a decent job and change 4 times less for muffler replacement then chain garages like Meineke. Work very fast and give you a year warranty on it. Though you won't get the same kind of a deal on anything else. I also asked them to change my oil and replace the serpentine belt on my 97 Nissan Altima. They charged me $40 for oil change and $115 for the belt. According to them the belt itself costs $50, but you can easily find it online for $15 or get it for about $25 from Advanced Auto Parts store. $65 for labor is probably fair as you must remove the both belts to change the one I need to. I would say service was good as well!”

“I was in a tight situation. Had a leaking tire and a 300 mile trip tonight. It was 3pm July 3rd. Every other tire shop I called or drove by had closed early for the holiday. One told me to show up in 15 mins or they could not service the tire. As a last chance I drove to Arrowhead BP in Mebane...never been there before. They immediately changed my tire. Super super nice and respectful... no problems. They even plugged my old tire for $7.50. I'll keep it as a full size spare. My point is they came through when every other tire shop did not.

And they sell jars of honey. Small town kind of shop.

I also have to note the two owners were there running things. Father and son. The literal owners of the business were there actively managing the operation. Taking immediate, personal responsibility for everything.

I rate the business 100%. 5 stars.”

“I unfortunately broke down yesterday and was in need of a tow, I called Blalocks and the gentleman said we'll have someone there shortly. Well I no more than hang up and the nicest gentleman showed up named "Jay" we had the greatest conversation about family and life. Now I would never wish car trouble on anyone, but if you do break down, I hope you're fortunate enough to meet my new friend Jay. Blalocks has a customer for life!!!”

“Needed some wiper blades for my Subaru. I drive up to AutoZone, go in and they ask what I need. Cindy shows me the numerous options and explains pluses and minuses. I select my blades, pay for them AND THEN SHE PUTS THEM ON FOR ME! Plus she checks the wiper fluid level and it's bone dry. So I go buy some fluid and she fills up the tank with it. All the while chatting pleasantly and just being a peach
Cindy and the Hillsborough AutoZone on Churton St are what customer service should look like.
Much appreciated y'all!”

“Keith Maready Towing came through! I was having issues with my 2004 6.0 Powerstroke starting (granted it has been cold). The truck definitely needs some work and I was convinced I needed a new starter. Keith was able to troubleshoot, and walk me through common issues with the truck and got it up and going. Super friendly, super responsive, and super knowledgeable. Hats off to him.”

“They came to me today at the recycling center on High Rock, ‘cause my truck wouldn’t start. Instead of just towing me they got under the truck, under the hood, poked and pondered; decided it was a faulty fuel pump relay; swapped it for a non-essential one in the box; vroom! Then they followed me to make sure I got home. Grease covered geniuses, with hearts to match.”
