He is very smart, very professional, but best of all he is very caring about people & their best interest, even if it means he does not profit.I’ve went here multiple times for several issues with my tires & I’ve recommended others to go there as well, in which they too had great experiences. He also has very reasonable prices on used tires.?My BEST experience was when I had an issue that I did not even know I had. I stopped by on my way home because I had begin to see smoke coming from my front right tire & I knew he would be the one that would help me the most. He told me the real issue, which was not my tire at all, it was a brake caliper & WORSE...He jacked my passenger side up, seen & showed me how the tire was rocking in & out underneath my vehicle, literally moving almost like a swing. He explained to me how/why this happens, educating me on what was wrong. He said he did not know how me & my kids were still alive & he did not feel safe with me driving it like it was. Upon telling him I just got it back from a “repairman”, I could see the disappointment in his face that someone would do this with me having kids that could have been harmed or worse.He asked me how far away I was going- multiple questions to ensure my kids & I would make it to our destination safely, although he expressed he did not suggest to drive it. He gave me some advice on how to drive it, speed & such, to make sure we made it home okay since I had no other options available. He did what he could to help on my tire issue & at no charge to me, but he was not equipped to repair my big problems. He suggested a mechanic within sight of his shop to see if they could better help get my issue safe enough to make it home.When I went to the neighboring mechanic he suggested, they too treated me with great courtesy. They seen my issue, I told them what Auto-Patron told me, & showed me & they tried to tighten everything up the best they could, & again at no charge to me.They too asked me a few questions about where I was going & told me how to best drive it to ensure we made it safely home, which were the same as Auto-Patron’s advice. I did just as both places suggested, & we made it home safe & sound.I am grateful for both places for helping me out that day, they surely saved our lives!But I owe this to Auto-Patron for being a honest, caring & genuine man that was willing to help me the best he could.The man that operates “Auto Patron Car Wash….” is more than just a car detailer, he’s a ? genuine person that will help you out the best he can. & if he can’t do something, he will give you the best, most accurate advice, & guide you in the right direction.I will forever be grateful for him & wish him the best blessings for being so kind to me.”
