With residential clients we offer ongoing cleanings, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanings. Commercial clients normally receive after working hour cleanings at the frequency that works for their business needs. We work for contractors/builders in their cleaning needs after construction work. It could be remodeling or new construction.
