Wow! Eric did an amazing job with my cut, blonde highlights and new style for my long hair. He was very talented and had a friendly personality, which made it a great experience all around. I will be returning regularly!

My husband & I moved here this month. I looked here for recommendations for hair. Several people mentioned Eric @ Salon Phoenix in Hertford. I called & left a message & I apologized for being last minute. This was his reply. I can’t believe people run a business like this. By the way I am a travel Nurse so I will be out of town 3 months @ a time. Which I shouldn’t have to explain my side. This is not the way to treat a potential client.The whateve is so unprofessional!Eric: I’m available FridayMe: Ok sorry I’ll be headed out of town for 3 months. Eric does a great job on my hair. Granted, it is a simple cut, but he does it very well, efficiently, and the price is right. All I can say about his work with female clients is that one day I got there early for my appointment. I watched as the dull, stringy hair of a woman was transformed into lustrous and full bodied. She went from "meh" to "wow!" I could see the change in her demeanor and facial expressions too. I highly recommend Eric at Salon Phenix.

Showed up for a scheduled appointment and doors were locked and no one was there. Phone went unanswered and didn't respond to text messages. Wasted an hour waiting. I'm sure the stylist is awesome but will never be able to state this with finalization since my appointment never happened.
