New employees are rude, especially the one woman that's always there. She's always on her phone, and always in a hurry ringing you up, so you can't enter your phone number to redeem your Smart Coupons. She wouldn't even let me do it. I was there multiple times, where nobody was at the register and I waited there for 15 minutes. She knew I was there too. There was another woman that was stocking a shelf that told me someone would be there soon. She was probably on her cell phone again. Everytime I come there, she's always on her phone, either outside or inside.They must set the bar pretty low on hiring employees. I won't be back to this location.

Prices posted are NOT what is being charged, cashier said not our fault it's 3rd party. I told her that Family Dollar is responsible to for it because they are at fault of honoring posted prices. So how do I start a complaint. I don't care it was 25 cents it WAS my 25 cents.

Visiting Family Dollar was very rewarding. I went in looking for a PLASTIC TABLECLOTH and came out with(2) TWO jumpsuits that I can FIT. 3x I can FIT. Didn't really get the tablecloth I wanted, but rest assured I didn't come out empty handed. lol lol lol.
