The staff is wonderful and the manager Brian is the BEST. Never too busy to answer your questions or locate items. CVS is lucky to have Brian as an employee

Sometimes have a hard time getting meds when expected. Which means you may have to visit store more than once to pick up your scrips.

I love the CVS in Edenton. I did not like getting pharmacy calls all the time but the pharmacy staff and store staff are the best. My favorite drug store.

Customer service is extremely poor. It doesn’t matter when you schedule your appointment the pharmacist will make you wait. He had the opportunity to give flu shots to three people and I was one of them. He gave it to the other two. Then he worked on his computer for awhile…. then he tried to give a flu shot to a woman who had not even filled out her forms.. when I jumped up he told me it would be a few more minutes. I think all this was intentional. I will NEVER go back. I will tell everyone my experience. Thanks for this opportunity.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They made me wait over a week saying my stuff was on order and every time I went in they reordered it. I finally transferred out to another pharmacy since I’d run out days before this and of course they transferred it incorrectly and I ended up short and even though they wrote a 90 day supply on my info sheet it was only a 53 day supply. So now I’m stuck after 53 days because my insurance thinks I got a 90 day. I never had this trouble at Rite Aid but unfortunately there are no Rite Aids here.

They are so unfriendly in the pharmacy it's not even funny. They constantly tell you they are working on it when it should have been ready like the app says. They told me yesterday that they had two ready. I said what happened to the 3rd one. She said give us 15 minutes. I said I would come back knowing that it would be 30 or 45. I come back the next day and they said give us 20 minutes. I was like I gave you 24 hours yesterday when it was only 15 minutes now it's 20 minutes 24 hours later. Of course I come back and the drive thru is closed, not enough help to work it. Even though I stood at the register while they talked about an event. I wanted to say it's easier to ignore someone in the drive thru. Also they called my Dr to get a 90 day refill instead of 30. She said no and they filled it for 90 anyways. I didn't notice until I got home wondering why it cost so much. It was a new med that I didn't stay on but 2 more weeks. When I told them my Dr told me she told yall no, the women said the pharmacist has the authority to override some prescriptions. I'm going to ask my Dr if that is true the next time I see her.

Pharmacy is ridiculous and rude. Having prescriptions not getting filled because they are short staffed is the reason they give. Complaints are not handled properly and in a childish manner. Stephanie the pharmacist should not be employed to work with the public especially in that capacity.

Take forever to get to the phone and wait on you in person. Kind of frustrating, will be transferring my meds back to the Elizabeth City CVS.

CVS Edenton is very dysfunctional. I don't know what happened but there is no service at all.

Most unhelpful CVS employees EVER! I have been in this store multiple times in hopes the ladies were just having a bad day but nope same old same old! Hope the new manager (which seems very friendly and helpful!) can turn this store around. I will be shopping elsewhere for now.

The Pharmacy Manager Travis Gilliard is absolutely unprofessional and is incapable of doing simple math apparently. I recently recorded an exchange which I had with him on the phone. In the exchange he gives contradicting dates about when I can pick up medications. He's also very hostile and condescending. I would love to share this with CVS corporate. So I'm asking them to contact me to look and see who they have working for them.
