Great very proficient, it didn’t take ms Carrie Thomas long to get me signed up in the system and locate me a perfect fit for my items. This was such a relief after being giving the run around the entire day from various storage business. We were in a crisis when the house we were buying was damaged and could not buy. It was the day before the moving van was delivering out furniture . My sister called and got a huge unit that night and moving van loaded the furniture into unit next day. Carrie made it very easy to transfer from my sister's name to mine and made it crisis less of a disaster. Carrie Thomas was so helpful, friendly and was a calming effect to our panic situation. She said that she had had it before and solved it quickly. Will recommend and will use again if necessary!! Thank you!!

No problems. Good storage space, Clean, climate control. Easy to get to. Never a problem accessing my space. Still have a space there and would rent again.

Worse possible place to do business they went up nearly twice in six months.
People are rude as hell this place sucks.

From start to finish, it was a great buying experience some of the cheapest and best deals around the town great staff super friendly, super helpful and super understanding of what we need. Staff was not too pushy, but offered Assistance in anyway that they could. The young lady that helped us was an absolute blessing and wonderful person to work with!! ???️??️??️?

Shout out to USA storrage for being the best facility in rockingham county NC in my opinion
Also shout out to the new employee
(Came Thomas) at the eden NC location and also the previous employee Derek who has resigned but both are outstanding staff at the eden NC location
I’ve had a unit at this location since they took over about 2 years ago now and was here when it was dollar smart storage and have been a Satisfied customer for going on 4 years and a few months now
The best service here are
- Security of the gates
- Personalized code to get in and out
- The fences that Outline the entire perimeter
- The security Cameras that watch everything to make sure your unit is protected from thief’s and that your protected as a human being
- the cheap $8 Insurance to protect your belongings from natural disasters or break-ins that pay up to $2000
- Great hours u can come in and out of the facility to access your units from 5am to 10pm
- Prices are good especially with all the Amenities that ate included make it worth it
I’m always in and out on a daily basis I keep all my projects here and hobby’s here and I’m always working on them whenever I want to with out being Harassed
I highly recommend USA storage Centers Y’all get 5 stars from me if I could give 10 stars I’d give it to yah thanks for good business and hope that everything stays just the way it is
