Had trouble with my wife's medicine but they seem to be doing better,clean, customer service is good, some of the people working in the pharmacy lack knowledge of their job, but all in all it is getting better

Using the pharmacy is hard at times. Doctor sends in prescription and it's not filled. Dr. Tried sending in electronically, didn't work at all. Faxed it in said they got it. Then said they didn't receive the fax a day later.
