My experience with them they do too much of nothing.. they are messy from the salesman all the way to the manager it need to be shut down.. I’ve brought 3 new suv everytime it’s some mess .. this time we were bout to leave finish the sale & check here someone come with slip of paper want more money.. where they do that at.., thank God I’m save child of God .. I did tell them they are full of it

My Jeep sales manager Travis Reynolds, who I learned about through the jlwranglerforums.com was exactly how they recommended him. He was quick to answer all my emails of questions and concerns and was unlike any other car sales person I've had dealings with. Just a perfect experience from start to finish.

I want to thank the staff of Tri-City Kia for a welcoming environment. I want to give a special thank you to Jeff Hempel. Jeff is a knowledgeable, friendly and patience Product Specialist. Jeff turned the run-of-the-mill car buying experience, usually experienced at a big box dealership ,to a personable one. I felt like the customers only seen in commercials while Jeff explains specs, expectations and concern my girlfriend and I had. I bought the 2020 Stinger GT-Line from this dealer because of Jeff’s patience and knowledge about the car. Not once did I feel unwelcome, pressured or coerce.
