We totaled our car on 5/21 and have called over 30 dealerships trying to find the vehicle we wanted. None of them honored the price they advertised and made it hard to do any dealing. The guys at Tri City had me a deal sheet within 10 minutes. And stayed an hour late waiting on me to pick up the Tahoe. I couldn’t recommend these guys any stronger. I’m so thankful we got to do our dealing with them!

My niece & I came in today and purchased a vehicle, ShaQuan Williams was the sales associate and he did amazing job. Got us in & out with in an hour. The general manager was also a great help, thank you guys for all your help. This is the place to buy any vehicle you may need.

I would like to thank Tri-City Chevrolet in Eden, NC and especially the services manager, Dani, and Service Technician Patrick. Two outstanding professionals. Both went well above and beyond to assist me with repairs to my 2007 Yukon XL Denali when traveling from out of town, I suddenly found myself stranded in Eden. I took my car to Tri-city Chevrolet in Eden NC to be repaired and inspected due to the check engine light being on. After dropping my car off I was told approximately a week later it was repaired and that the two catalytic converters had been replaced and that the car had been inspected. The total cost was $1038, after bringing the car home it was parked until the next day. When I began to drive the vehicle the following day after about 2 hour's the check engine light came on again and I contacted Tri-city they told me to bring the car back so that it could be further examined and repaired, I returned the car the next business day and I was informed it would be repaired correctly this time. After about a week of no response I called them and they informed me that car was ready and running fine now so I went and got the car on the way home the light came on again and I called and told them the problem persisted they told me to return it again. After dropping the car off for the third time I was informed by the manager of the service department that the car would be repaired this time and that they had placed aftermarket catalytic converters on the vehicle but could reconfigure them somehow so it would be repaired. After about a week of not hearing anything from them I called them this morning to check the vehicles status, I was informed that the car would cost another $600+ to still be repaired even though they've been paid to remedy the problem. The manager informed me that they would have to send the car to another repair shop and put it on a Dyno machine to adjust the convertors, but at my expence. After three trips and about three and a half weeks without my car it still isn't repaired even though I've paid for the work to be done and they've told me twice it was fixed after threatening legal action they informed me it was nothing they could do for me and that it was my problem, please help... I have no other options and would like a full refund but have been denied I would advise anyone looking for a fair and trustworthy mechanic shop to avoid Tri-City Chevrolet or you'll be taken advantage of just like me.
