I've visited a couple times. It is a brightly styled place, with a lot of items to buy and eat. Their food is good when made right, and my service here has been fairly good. It is very, very clean. Not much to harp on, really. Maybe I have been lucky as the reviews here aren't great as of recent.
Here's a more positive one, because I plainly haven't had a bad experience or even a mediocre one. Highly recommended!

I purchase coffee everyday, the manager always come over to the cream area and appears to check the temp. But stands there as if she doesnt see me waiting. It happens frequently now more like harassment, she even has the other employees come over and do the same thing, when they suppose to be at their stations waiting on customers. She has wide hips,wears a red hat and a headset. This place is a joke. I rather support the other coffee shops in the area or buy my own coffee maker.

I'm confused on how my grilled chicken sliders, became grilled chicken wraps. I called the store cause I was sure my order got mixed up with somebody else's, told the lady what I ordered and to my surprise ended up with more chicken wraps. I had an online order and was never told by the system or the lady, that they were out of buns, so I know y'all had buns... so why am I stuck with 6 chicken wraps, with mayo and ketchup? It doesn't even look appetizing, who thought this was a good idea?

Very upset that they have gotten so lazy that they have stopped brewing real southern sweet tea. The alternative that they have switched to is absolutely awful with a sour taste. I used to buy 6 to 8 xl teas per day... I now refuse to even stop to get gas, food or anything there anymore due to this. Do better Sheetz stop being lazy.

Honestly I wouldn't even give them a 1 star one of their managers this morning I asked for cigarettes because my boyfriend was on the phone and he couldn't stop and tell her what cigarettes he needed so I told her and she said she needed my ID and I told her I'm not the one smoking them and she still said she needed mine bc I asked for them. I TOLD I DONT SMOKE AND SHE STILL DIDNT GIVE TO ME. And we go to the sheetz all the time and they don't treat us like she did she is disrespectful and something needs to be about this. Hell I would understand if I was the one smoking them, but I wasn't all I was doing was asking for my boyfriend bc he was on the phone talking to one of his bosses.
