I've used your towing service for many years. And each and every time its been a pleasure. However, your tow truck driver Larry is the most rude and disrespectful person I've met which works for you. You need to send him back to where you found him. AAA referral and I will be contacting them to let them know the horrible service Larry provided.

I was linked to them through AAA. I made the call for them to tow me at 8 AM. I had an infant in the car and they made me wait until 2 PM to come and tow me and then I told him I said my friend is pulling up right now and we’re following you, he takes off before I can even get in the car with my friend to follow him and then remember he left before us and for some weird reason we showed up to the shop where the car was to be dropped off 10 minutes before him. And they never answer the phone I had to call repeatedly to even get an answer, and they just kept pushing the time back farther and farther because the original quote was at 11 and then I called at 11 and it was 1230 and then I called 1 and they were telling me Oh, it’ll be 130 before we get to you. I said I’ve been sitting in this car with my 11 month old child for six hours waiting on you and they didn’t seem to care. They said sorry we had other calls. I said I was listed as priority through AAA because I had an infant In the car

DO NOT take any vehicle to these thieves...they scam people really badly!! I took my car in to them and they said I needed a certain part and that only a brand new part, not a refurbished part would work on the model of car I had. Not knowing better I believed them...big mistake. They put in a refurbished part but charged me a fortune for a "new" part. The issue was not fixed and they actually messed up something else just so I would have to pay them more. My car ended up blowing up because of what they did. They are liars, scammers and thieves.

They were nice, but NEVER answer the phone thats on google if you dont have a personal number you wont get an answre, im trying to get a recipt for my insurance and caint get ahold of anyone

Look, do not let them fix your car/truck. They be lying saying a lot of things are wrong with your car/truck. They will even try to say you need a motor which you don't. All they are doing is trying to screw you out of a lot of money. I will never call them anymore for service.

Don't answers phones been waiting for 2 hrs past the time they were supposed to tow my car on the side of the road... Business and driver won't answer... Wouldn't care about the wait if there was at least some communication... But none what so ever..

On September 7, 2022 at approximately 7:30pm, tow truck driver that came through AAA to pick up my Acadia and take it to the shop to be fixed. He went above and beyond and the extra mile by letting my 2 year old son and 3 year old daughter help load up the car on the rollback. That made their night and then before he left he gave them their very own tow truck toy.

Very good customer service. I broke down on a holiday and they were there to get my vehicle very quickly and the price was great. The truck driver was very friendly and very easy with my vehicle. I highly recommend this business.
