Ok the first time I went to the store, I needed a repair. They have a Private Repair Co that does work for them. I said great! So I called the company when I got home and made an appointment. Two young guys came out to look at and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix our recliner from Schewells! They said they would call me and set up a day that they could come back and fix it. Well, I NEVER heard from them!!! That was in January 2024.
So on June 04, 2024, I went up to talk to the Mgr. Daryl. We now have a broken latch on the side of our couch from Schewells! I took the part with me. He kept the part so he could order it. Daryl (the mgr) is the WORST MGR I have ever dealt with!! I had to keep after him and only got the run around! He never once called me to let me know anything! I called him the day after his vacation, he didn't even speak to me on the phone. He had some woman relay his message to me!This was Friday 6/28/2024. Overall we have two broken pieces of Schewells Furniture that was purchased a couple of years ago. Both broken items are made of PLASTIC! Go figure! Never buying anything from them again!!!

We were looking here and at rooms to go. Both companies promised to get the chair by end of the week, so we went with Schewels Home. So we could support our county. They told us it would be delivered on Friday between 12 and 4 stayed at home all day waiting on them to come no show no call. I had to call them to find out it would be the end of next week. After raising hell Once again they promised it would Monday instead they called on Monday said they could not deliver due to the weather we did not have any bad weather I feel like they lied to us up front next time I need furniture I will not go back to this place I will continue to use rooms to go just like I have in the past there furniture is good and they do what they say.

Fii ordered a couch a loveseat a washer and dryer and a coffee table and end tables. First day they left my coffee table and end tables. Hook the ground cord off the dryer wrong second times coming the manager came out the correct ground cord where it was supposed to go. Soon as he left I realized my coffee table was messed up and one end table. Now the manager is trying to say I was told they was messed up. So if I was told that why as soon as he left my house I called him he told me to send emails with the pictures. Instead of then replacing them the manager says they are coming to get them. Poor management. I'm so upset! You going to tell me to talk to the manager he's the problem nasty attitude he knows he messed up my tables delivering then on a pick up truck. As many people that is having problems with this manager and nothing gets done. I went to corporate office now I'm going to go to better business now. I will not stop. I owe all this money and I'm very unsatisfied!

If I could give this place negative 0 stars I would this place does not care about their customer service at all. They will be quick to take you to court for reprocessing. They took 2 months to fix our bed that collapsed while we were sleeping and kept rescheduling to come out then when finally came out they wanted to try and charge for something we were promised for free for our inconvenience of having to sleep on our couch for 2 months. Extremely unprofessional and will try and make you look like the bad guy when you don't make a payment because they don't fix it

The staff was phenomenal!!!!! Everybody was so nice during my my purchase we laughed and talked…it was different than anywhere I have been I jus brought a home and came in to buy some things for my new home. I loved my new vanity set. I’m satisfied 100 percent

I've Purhcased with Schewels Home Furniture since 2011. I will Not be continuing Bussiness with Schewels Especially Schewels of Eden. The most recent purchase I made was less then stellar in quality. The mattress was advised to be rotated every two weeks to avoid lumps and sagging this was performed and still had lumps and sagging occur with a 14 year altheltic child Sleeping on it. However I could work through this. MY Immediate and most concerning concern was the use of my payment abilities used to belittle another Customer. The Accounts Mangager not a sales person herself stated to a single mother with a special needs child if your Sister can pay her bills you should be able to as well. STAY AWAY from this store and all Schewels is My Current opinon and advice. They say they are committed to going above and beyond for thier customers However The last few months with this Curent Manager has proven otherwise. ALong with the Belittling MY Current account status should never be shared with any CUSTOMER other then Myself.

garbage store, bunch of crooks!!! Overcharged my step-dad over 1300$ and refused to give him all his money back. Disgusting way to handle a business, will never shop there again or suggest them to anyone. Do better.
