I would not recommended this place to anyone. Dwayne Joseph put a rack and pinion on my car and now the car is throwing oil and smoking after he fixed it. I’ve contacted Dwayne over 30 times to come back and look at what’s he so called fixed! Yet every times I speak with him it’s a lie. Highly upset and that’s not the way you do business with people.

Told me I could get a car there but wouldn’t be ready until the next day and said come Tommorow to pick up and sign papers, called multiple times and didn’t answer came the next day and it was sold after telling me they would keep it for me. (Update) no you didn’t inform me of that, I will change the review after this

They have good cars at good prices but very unorganized!! They say they'll help you if you have any problems but if you set up apt for them to fix anything they will not show up. You can call and call them about doing repairs but they will not answer phone after they didn't show up the first time. Remind you after Kia already said they'd repair it. They will not answer texts or calls to see if they going to be in office for their payment either. I've waited 3 months now for the repair and now this. This is not how you do business. I've tried giving them the benefit of doubt but this is going too far and I'm sure BBB would not be happy either. I was planning on purchasing another vehicle with them but unless something changes I'm going somewhere else.

Car broke down within a few hours of buying it. Tried to message them to see if they could do anything to help. I was left on read with no response. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional.
