I am so very happy with the work that I've had done. I needed a fuel pump and filter and it was done in a timely manner and I had to go without my car for about a day. They were able to bring me back home and pick me up and the quality of work so far seems to be amazing and if there's a problem it'll be fixed but I don't really see there being any problems . I would recommend Tiremax in Eden to anybody and of course I have to shout out to Tom because he is such a very nice guy. He is really the main reason I keep going back there. The customer service ,the quality of the work, everything but it all starts with Tom! I have read many reviews and a few people have said they are very expensive and it was expensive and I probably could have got it cheaper somewhere else. But with that being said, I know here that the work is done right. If there's something wrong which has never been for me they are going to fix it. They stand behind their work 100% and for me the extra money brings along peace of mind and that's what I need. Peace of mind

Check your vehicle before you leave. I was leaving and found they did not close my hood, asked them to make sure they checked my transmission fluid and was told they could not check it because it was a sealed transmission and I would have to take my car to the dealer. This place has serviced all my vehicles for years and have never been told that. Took it to the dealer and they said no it's not a sealed transmission and showed me where to check it.

On June 23rd 2023 I Went To Master Lube Oil Change Located At 202 E Meadow Rd Eden, NC, 27288-3416 For An Oil Change. On Sunday June 25th I Drove To Georgia. My Mother Called To Alert Me That There Was Oil In The Driveway Where I Had Parked. Monday Morning There Was Oil In The Driveway So I Took The Car To Dealer Who Said That Oil Was Leaking From 2 Places And It Was Due To The Prior Oil Change And The Parts Used. I Was In Georgia A Week Returning Sat July 1st And Went To Master Lube In Eden Spoke To Rick. He Is Unwilling To Refund My Money For The Oil Change. I Have Pictures Of The Oil Leak And Receipts From The Dealer In GA Stating The Issue Was Due To The Prior Oil Change. I will make sure that I let everyone in EDEN know not to use this place.

Slow service….after 30 minutes they told me they didn’t have the filter needed. After I left I realized the flashlight that I had in my driver’s side door was missing. It was 100% there when I got there. Zero stars I’d able.

Nice , fast very good work. Usually not busy an it only takes them 10 min top to do an oil change also check your air in tires.
