I called in my prescription three days ago. I was told I would get a call about my son meds. I didn’t get a call so I called yesterday and asked for an update and they told me his meds were ready. Got there and was told that his meds were still being worked on. I told her “I just called and you guys said they were ready.” She says “well we are backed up”Being “backed up” and “meds are ready” are two different things. Let’s just say I still haven’t gotten his meds and it’s a day later

All I can say is WOW!Having to deal with pharmacy’s for about 25 years including CVS and Walgreens, I got fed up being treated like a number.I decided to try Laynes Pharmacy and I was Shocked! Never in my life have I heard of a place that takes great pride and care in their customers.Every time something new pops up I figure that I am screwed like I have been use to at the other pharmacies. Laynes takes EVERY worry away by always doing something to take care of me!After switching to them, Keith Layne even called me a short time later just to welcome us and to never hesitate to call with any questions.To cap it all off, they DELIVER ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTY FREE!!!!!!!!I am hooked for life!
