If I could give 0 stars I would, first of all as a business, when a customer walks in one should greet them, with welcome to Iron Eagle. Didn't get that, at all the lady and older gentleman at the front desk. Didn't make one feel welcome, I had to say hello before they said anything. I went in for an alignment, oil change a have four tires out on. They called said car needed 4 TPS sensors, which cost $240.00 when I picked car up alignment was not done, car drove worse than it was before. Car only had one quart of oil in car. In all I paid $467.00 I will never go back, and also let my family and friends, not to go there. The most unprofessional business I've been to, first the lady said TPS was not done. Then the heavy older gentleman said yes it was. Like that to me was a little suspicious. I took car somewhere else, oil was not in car and alignment was not performed on car. I asked did you test drive car, after y'all did the alignment, woman going say, they don't test drive cars.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD I will never go to iron eagle again. I did have a situation where one of the mechanics took a side job and did come to my house and finished an axle job that someone else could not. I very much appreciated this for close to $200 and now well you would have thought he would have done a really good job he did with the axle but then he came down to him telling us we needed a tire hub replaced supposedly pay $25 for the new tire hub and then $150 all together. So $125 for an hour of Labor now. Mind you he had a call his dad I believe to figure out how to put the car lifter down that right. There should have been a sign but my daughter is the one who is there. She's a single mother of three and does not know much about vehicles ended up. There was a noise we told Cole about the noise and then she thought it had went away. He said just drive it around for a while. If it doesn't go away let me know. She asked him to drive and he said oh no, I don't drive other people's vehicles what a mechanic that does not test drive a vehicle after it's done. Ended up taking it to TireMax on North Bridge Street come to find out the hub is broke so I asked Cole where did he get the tire hub from no reply. Totally avoided the question. Oh, my daughter texted him and called numerous times about the continuous noise I never replied or answered her calls on that either I would recommend not going to iron eagle but the choice is yours YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I'd rather pay a little more money and know that my work is done by professional at TireMax on North Bridge Street
But to each their own but the lives I have in my car matter to me. So therefore I want to know the work is done right and at iron eagle IT'S DEFINITELY NOT DONE RIGHT. I HAVE SEEN SO MANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THIS WEBSITE WHERE I WISH I HAD SEEN BEFORE I EVER AGREED TO THIS. I AM HAPPY WITH THE ACTUAL JOB. AS FAR AS I KNOW THAT'S OKAY, BUT I'M NOT HAPPY WITH BEING IGNORED AFTER PAYING CLOSE TO $200 AN HOUR AND THEN ENDS UP HAVING MY DAUGHTER COME TO THE SHOP ON A SATURDAY SO I GUESS THAT WAS A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY TO FINISH AN AXLE JOB HE SEEMS TO BELIEVE HE SAVED ME MONEY BECAUSE HE SHOULD HAVE SHOPPED WITH A CHARGE WELL OVER A THOUSAND OR MORE AND HE ONLY CHARGED $870 AND ALL BUT JOB WAS NOT DONE RIGHT AT THE END THAT'S MY PROBLEM

Do not take your car to Iron Eagle in Eden for any mechanical work. Our vehicle was dropped off on December 2nd for a tune up that was quoted $272 to repair. The next day we spoke with Teresa at the front counter who started that they discovered a gasket and cylinder issue changing the total cost to $546. The mechanic (if that’s what you want to call him) was supposed to be working on the issue the next day and stated would call me or my husband back. Since Dec 13th. Not once has Iron Eagle called US to update us on our vehicle. We’ve had to call multiple times a day to be told “I believe they are working on it” Finally got Barry on the phone another front desk person who said our issue is now a timing belt he would order the part and let us know the total. Still no call back. Had to once again call them back and he informed us he couldn’t find the part. To which I replied ok so any idea on the next step or when you will get the part??? His exact response “don’t know”
But when he does it will run us $1390. Or we can come pick up our car not fully functioning for around $500 Merry Christmas! These people flat out don’t care about customer service nor does it seem like they have a licensed mechanic. Take your business elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
Update: Picked up my vehicle this morning took it to another mechanic and he had the car running fine within 30 minutes. Iron Eagle is a joke!

Bruce and Barry are pretty good, however it's hit or miss when they hire people. I had to get a serpentine belt put on three and the last time I took it in I was giving a diagnostic fee when I already told them what the problem was. I was not a happy camper.??

May develop trust issues? my car was perfectly fine only needed oil changes from them. I developed a leak and they said I needed an expensive valve cover first. Second time they said is was loose bolts and tightened them. Also, when I mentioned the change in statement out of curiosity and saving up for this “what happened, I thought it was a major leak? You gave me two different statements?” The lady in front (blonde curly hair) threw a tantrum “I’m not dealing with this” and walked off in the waiting area, pacing back and forth. It looked like she put herself in time out. The man up front was nice and explained he think it was just the bolts and don’t think I needed anything else, and come back if there’s issues. I left knowing I would never come back. I’m only thankful this place motivated me to know more about cars?

We had a lug nut problem on front tire of our Jeep. Lots of back n forth about repairing posts on wheel hub. We told them to put the spares wheel on the front tire. $130. Instead they put the spare on the front. The spare was threadbare. Easier for them, certainly. I tried to discuss it with front desk clerk. Very rude. Said it was my husbands fault. Then waved her hand and walked off. Rude and dismissive. We are both Veterans and senior citizens. Very low-class caliber management.

How you provide terrible customer service & leave my lug nuts loose? Wouldn’t recommend ever! Lady in front very rude! Made a scene and never once apologized. She should not be working customer service, or maybe she need a new bed to wake up on the side of ?
