As soon as I stepped through the door everyone STARTED ASKING WHAT WRONG AND IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES THEY WERE DOING AN EKG since thenthey has been so helpful, kind , and really MEAN IT when ask about how you feel , In a full hospital they work in a timely fashion to get me a room . The care has been TOP OF THE LINE , THE NURES AND WORKER ARE THE BEST, IWANT TO THANK EVERYONE INVOLVED IN MY CARE

My daughter has been seen twice at this hospital both times for rsv. They took her straight back after checking vitals and gotUs in a room to begin working her up. Some things took time but I also knew I we weren’tThe only patients. Nurses are amazing and the doctors had great bedside manner, listened to my concerns and made sure my daughter was taken care of. Both time she had to be transferred out to Brenners on oxygen but they made sure she was comfortable and taken care of until transport was able to pick her up.I would definitely chose to go here over our other local hospital choices.

If I could give less than 1 I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS ER. They will put you in a room and FORGET ALL ABOUT YOU. They couldn't do my surgery here and told me at 11 I was to be transferred to another hospital. It's not 2:20 and nothing has been done. Lying here freezing. I'll drive to Greensboro or somewhere else before I come here again

Was here from 7pm until 3 am and got absolutely no care doctor said she only took care of two patients and we were still down the line after Al these hours I said I’m not trying to be rude she said get a job if you want to make it faster I said. I didn’t go to school for that an she laughed at me and sat behind the desk doing nothing absolute joke zero stars if I could these hospitals out here are dog water

My mom went into the hospital with CHF and everyone she encountered from the ER staff to her room and during her 3 day stay was attentive and so helpful, and I really have to give a special thank you to the nursing staff and doctors on the 2nd floor, they went above and beyond to make my sick mom feel safe and cared for, THANK YOU! Also special thank you to the guys and gals of food service and housekeeping everyone was awesome!

Birth center front office receptionist was rude. My mom spoke to her in Spanish and she just looked at her weird and I ask for a visitor pass in English sense she gave us this weird look, she gave us the pass, but the vibe she gave us was a little rude. Maybe she was not a mood to help others that day but at least hide it a little, that made us uncomfortable.

I was in ER with Pneumonia and UTI. Nurse was great, the female Dr was just rude, then told me I needed to be admitted but would not be because I had refused a testMy Dr told me years ago that test was not needed

Dr. T.A Osahar was very rude and unprofessional stating multiple sarcastic comments such as “LET ME MAKE MYSELF CLEAR” “ I WILL GIVE HIM MEDICINE THAT WILL KILL HIS KIDNEYS BECAUSE THATS WHAT YOU WANT” “I DID NOT GO TO MEDICAL SCHOOL TO HURT THE PATIENT”. All we are asking is some more tests be done and further evaluation for our loved one to get the rest he needs to heal. We know that patients are just a check but this is someone’s dad, son, grandpa, brother so if we ask questions that make you have to explain further or that may be uncomfortable it is to clarify not for there to be sarcasm and poor bedside manners. 0/10 do not recommend this ER doctor

Sat in the ER for 5 hrs to finally be told there is only 1 doctor for the ER unit. We were never seen. This hospital needs to be closed down this is a bad look and bad on patients health and safety.

Went in for my leg need x ray to make sure it wasn't fracture. Doctor and nurse was nice to me plus the lady at the front desk. Will definitely go back if I need to.

i sliced my hand open and i was there for 7 hours when the sewing only took 20 mins and no one was there, terrible service and they didnt even sew it right, they only sew the top when my muscle was still sliced open in my hand, i couldve had to get it cut off, terrible hospital, should be shut down

Visit date 2-23-2023 7:30pmAwful and I mean awful...the wait time was one thing but when we got in the back as a NURSE I was appalled/ shocked / and embarrassed for the medical profession. The ER doctor or PA was the absolute worse part of the entire visit I'm a medical professional and he was such a fast talker all I could do was sit and blink fast . I was not the patient but my grandson was. Grateful I still have nursing judgement. I wish I could leave a NEGATIVE STARWE HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER

I went here a few weeks ago, needed a CT Scan to make sure my appendix wasn't about to rupture or anything, CT Scan was down and not working, an older lady at the desk was rude and disrespectful and lacked empathy. Had to drive to Reidsville.. I'm glad it turned out to be nothing serious
